My office is in Rockaway, New Jersey, and I offer telehealth services in New Jersey, as well as in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.

Office hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays.

Sessions are 45-55 minutes long.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Optum, Anthem, and select Medicare plans.

I have certifications in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and neurodivergent-informed care.

Clients have the option to receive assignments to work on between sessions or set goals to achieve in between sessions.

Clients who attend therapy consistently and continue to monitor their progress throughout treatment tend to make more progress. They are hoping to make it if they are actively engaged.

No. However, we do have a couch to sit or lie on, as well as comfortable chairs for you.

Therapy is about coming with an open mind and sharing, but there is not always a specific thing you have to be ready to discuss.

Yes, we ask that clients be in a safe location free from distractions where they can confirm their address for emergency purposes. Additionally, we request that they refrain from being in a moving car due to safety concerns and to avoid disruption to the connection.
